WELCOME TO NORRORT
CrossFit Norrort is located at Engelbrekts väg 17 in Sollentuna, north of Stockholm. We aim to be a CrossFit affiliate with high quality regarding both equipment, environment and coaches. We like our box to have a friendly atmosphere where everyone feels welcome regardless of age, gender or current shape.
The coaches will make sure you will have a fun workout that motivates you to strive forward in your training. You will see results in both on the inside and outside.
A big difference between CrossFit and other sports and workout centers, are the people training at the box, and how they help and cheer each other on. There is this form of team spirit, even though it's an individual sport, and you only compete against yourself and your results. We call this 'the communit'.
CrossFit Norrort is run by people with big intresset for working out but more importantly we all have a big heart for our members and their well being.
There are as many different versions of CrossFit
as there are coaches who teaches it.
However, the basic principle is the same
regardless of goals:
constantly varied functional movements
performed with high intensity.
The high intensity is relative to your physical level.
The same applies to the moments.
Everything is then increased as your body
becomes stronger. This allows anyone
to train CrossFit.
TRY IT OUT
The first two classes you attend are free. All you have to do is register in the booking system and book a class. Take the chance and come and try out, the worst thing that can happen is that you get better trained...
A couple of times a year, we also have intro-classes where we go through the principles and explain the background to CrossFit. However, there is no requirement that you have to attend such a class before joining our regular classes. Everyone is welcome to all our classes.

Is this really something for me? I'm not in shape and need to workout a bit first ...
You don't need to be already working out t to start with CrossFit. The movements and intensity can be adapted to ALL levels of physical skill. The basic movements in CrossFit are all something we all are born to be able to perform. The exercises and classes are modified to suit your level, whether you are elite athlete, grandmother, pregnant or injured. All participants in the class receive individual assistance with exercises and technical moments as well as feedback.
"I AM NOT ABLE TO DO ALL THE MOMENTS"
That is why us coaches are there and that is why there are only twelve participants in each class. Many movements feel difficult because you haven't tried it before, but the body learns quickly and many times you get the benefit of these movements in your everyday movement patterns, as they resemble much of what we do at home. Our coaches are trained to help you and the other members with all of this.

We will give you challenging and innovative training, regardless your physical level.
We always try to make sure that as many people as possible get the chance to work out. That's why we constantly keep track of the number of participants in the classes so that we can set the schedule according to needs and wishes.
